EJ Miller | Publisher
EJ started TheHomeMag Tampa in 2005 and has worked with hundreds of home improvement companies throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. EJ found a call tracking method that all of TheHomeMag locations still use today. This call tracking system allows our advertisers to know how many calls they received from TheHomeMag. The success from the Tampa market led EJ to expand and start TheHomeMag in Orlando as well. In 2010, EJ expanded again into Polk County starting TheHomeMag Lakeland. EJ has won several awards each year on the success of TheHomeMag in both Lakeland & Tampa including the Lifetime Achievement Award with over 40M in sales.
EJ is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Bay Builders Association and Trinity Rotary charitable organization. EJ and his wife Seann are active members of the local community in the Tampa Bay Area.
Susan Gramza | Co-Publisher
Susan joined TheHomeMag in August 2010 as a graphic designer, she worked with every advertiser and was promoted to General Manager in 2014. In 2022 she became co-owner of Nature Coast and Ocala-The Villages magazines. She works with all of our advertisers to find the best advertising programs to help grow each business and connect them with quality leads. Susan has received awards for over 7.38M in sales for the last 3 years and reached 3.4M in sales for 2022.
Susan leads all of the employees from sales to production to work as a team and deliver superior customer service to each advertiser. “Clear the Path to Make it Easy,” that is TheHomeMag motto that helps guide her in each decision she makes from managing the mailing list, to sales and production.
Loralee Provenzano | Sr. Sales Account Executive
Loralee joined TheHomeMag in September 2014 as an Sales Account Executive. She creates lasting business partners with TheHomeMag with every business she works with. Loralee is consistently one of the top sales employees of TheHomeMag year after year. She has won Sales Employee of the Year in 2018, Most Improved Sales, Top off page Sales Person, Most Unique Categories of Sales, as well as a number of additional sales awards and reached over 2.21M in sales for 2021. She has the admiration and respect from every client she's served and inspires all of TheHomeMag team.
Caring for clients to deliver the best advertising solutions is what drives her. Loralee’s passion and drive makes her a valuable team player to TheHomeMag Tampa. She is hyper-focused on serving her clients to get more leads and more business every day.
Randy McMullen | Sr. Sales Account Executive
Randy joined the team as a Sales Rep in 2015 and has helped grow the Nature Coast, Ocala, and The Villages magazine tremendously. He received the Top Value Sales Award back to back in 2017 and 2018 at TheHomeMag National Conference.
His extensive 36 years of advertising, marketing and sales history makes it easy to help all our home improvement companies grow and thrive with qualified leads.
Maria Johnston | Sales Account Executive
Maria joined TheHomeMag in November 2022 as a sales account executive. She has over twenty years of diversified sales and marketing experience. Maria can highlight all the features of our products with her extensive knowledge!
She is great with her customers, making sure they are 100% satisfied and always reminding them that they can reach out to her anytime. Her solid leadership skills make her a vital part of our growing team.
Cara Castner | Art Director
Cara joined TheHomeMag in February 2015 as a graphic designer. Cara is an award winning graphic artist with TheHomeMag and has received a number of graphic artist awards including the Design Achievement award and runner up for Designer of the Year. She has earned the admiration and respect from every client she's served as well as her team for her endless drive. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make a difference.
Cara takes the time to get to know each advertisers and helps connect their business with the right type of leads they are looking for through her design work. She oversees all of the ads that our graphics team produces and plays a vital role in the production of the magazine with our printer. She is a crucial part of TheHomeMag team and an asset to each of our advertisers.
Destiny Acosta | Jr. Graphic Designer
Destiny joined TheHomeMag crew in February 2023 and is a great asset to our team. She works with all of our advertisers to revise ads and build new ads to drive the right kind of leads for their business. She has great skills working with Photoshop, InDesign, and the Adobe Suite. She is learning TheHomeMag motto “clear the path to make it easy” which each one of our team strives to do everyday

Lisa Rasmussen | Office Manager
Lisa joined TheHomeMag in September 2017 and is our Office Manager. She works with all of our advertisers sending monthly invoices and sending all monthly emails personally connecting with each advertisers every month.
She is a great team player and juggles many administrative task while delivering exceptional customer service! Lisa’s educational background in journalism is a great asset we utilize when proofing the magazine and helping with ad content and many small projects along the way. We are grateful to have her on TheHomeMag Team.
Lydia Nord | Publishers Assistant
Lydia joined TheHomeMag in November 2021 and is our Publishers’ Assistant. She works with all our advertisers answering their questions through emails or over the phone. She assists the publishers to make sure that day to day business operations are in top shape and helps the magazine run smoothly. She reaches out to advertisers about areas to help them get more leads by offering additional zones, ad size upgrades, and content changes.Additionally, Lydia listens to call tracking and makes notes regarding the quality of leads for our sales reps and clients and creates monthly call tracking reports for them. This is a vital job and keeps our advertisers on top of their leads.
She supports TheHomeMag Staff and clients and is a great self-starter. Lydia helps to keep the magazine operating efficiently. She is enthusiastic, outgoing and very organized. We are grateful to have her on TheHomeMag Team.
